5. Start the oil pump motor for 5-10 minutes, check the working condition of the lubrication system, and start the main motor after it works normally.
6. When maintaining the cone crusher motor cone, the contact between the crusher spindle and the cone sleeve is worn more than 3mm or cracks are found, the spindle should be replaced.
7. The ore feeding can be started only after the crusher runs at no load for 1-2 minutes. Since the cycle crusher is full of ore feeding, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the ore feeding is normal, especially for the ore with much mud and high moisture, to prevent the ore from blocking the ore feeding port. During operation, pay attention to check the ore discharge, and it is not allowed to accumulate ore in the space under the sealing device.
8. When the ore dominated by primary lump ore falls down from the blanking and directly hits the ore distribution plate of the conical crusher, the ore distribution plate will wear quickly ( cone crusher needs to be replaced in about 3 months).
