The selection of coarse crushing equipment should comply with the following regulations:
1. According to the crushing capacity, rotary crusher and jaw crusher can be selected; Fragile ores can be selected from hammer crushers or impact crushers;
2. Raw ore with high mud content should be pre screened before coarse crushing operations;
3. The maximum block size in the feeding of coarse crushing equipment should not be greater than 0.80 to 0.85 times the width of the feeding port of the crusher;
4. The load rate of the coarse crushing equipment should be between 70% and 85%
The selection of medium and fine crushing equipment should comply with the following regulations:
1. Cone crushers should be selected for the medium and fine crushing equipment of difficult to crush and medium crushable ores;
2. The maximum block size of the feeding material should not be greater than 0.85 to 0.90 times the width of the feeding port of the crusher;
3. When using a cone crusher, it is advisable to set up a buffer bin and a quantitative device;
4. The load rate of the equipment should be between 75% and 90%
