Reason Three: the blower operation is not normal, the main role of the blower is to prevent dust impurities into the lubricating oil and crusher internal, if the operation is not normal, it will indirectly lead to crusher temperature rise too high.
Solution: often pay attention to the operation of the blower, the normal operation of the general blower, the corresponding computer interface is shown green, abnormal shutdown is shown red, you can determine whether the normal operation of the blower, for timely maintenance.
Four reasons: insufficient cooling intensity, crusher general configuration for the original air cooling, in actual use, the air cooling intensity is not too ideal, especially in the hot summer.
Solution: regularly clean the impurities on the cooling fins, to ensure that the strength of air cooler play a greater extent. You can also pretend to water-cool the radiator between the air cooler and the outlet pipe.
Reason five: Operation Current set unreasonable, crusher general normal operation current for 30-35A, if the current is too high, will increase the crusher load, resulting in excessive temperature rise.
Solution: according to the crusher load to adjust the appropriate gap, the material level control in 300 mm above the distributor, current control in 30-35A.
