1. Update the bag filters at the corners of the composite crusher and belt conveyor to LNGM64-4 and LNGM4-8 bag filters, respectively. The technical performance parameters are shown in Table 2. According to the characteristics of dust, water repellent and oil resistant filter materials are used. The LNGM4-8 bag type dust collector is arranged outdoors and its shell is insulated and waterproof. To ensure the reliable operation of the equipment, attention should be paid to the brand and specification model when purchasing key accessories of the bag filter, in order to reduce the failure rate of the equipment.

2. Improve the process layout of the bag filter and arrange the dust collector of the composite crusher according to the direction of the belt conveyor; Transforming the standard ash hopper of the bag filter into a double ash hopper structure eliminates one screw conveyor and elevates the bag filter, which is beneficial for the arrangement of the inlet duct (with a large angle of the duct); Install an air inlet box at the air inlet to allow the dust from the discharge port of the composite crusher to directly enter the air inlet box of the dust collector, saving elbows, reducing system resistance, and improving dust collection efficiency. Its process layout. The ash hopper adopts a single-layer flap valve to lock the air, eliminating the grid wheel feeder and its motor, reducing secondary dust and improving dust removal efficiency.

3. The dust at the corner of the belt conveyor is restricted by on-site conditions, and its chute and dust removal cover cannot be changed. The dust removal process layout is in the form of Figure 4, so that the dust removal cover is in a micro negative pressure state to eliminate dust from the belt conveyor.

4. In order to improve the comprehensive dust removal effect of the composite crusher and belt conveyor, it is necessary to sprinkle water at the material inlet of the composite crusher as needed (it is required to operate the composite crusher for 10-20 minutes), based on the need to benefit the service life of the filter material and pulse valve, as well as the dust raised at the ash hopper.

5. Strengthen the management of dust removal equipment, regularly check the sealing condition of the dust removal cover, and promptly handle any problems found. Management by objectives assessment shall be carried out for the post environment and dust discharge of bag filter, dust monitoring shall be carried out regularly, the work enthusiasm of post personnel shall be mobilized by economic leverage, the maintenance level of dust removal equipment shall be improved, and dust pollution shall be minimized.
