Common faults, causes and solutions of cone crusher
1. The crusher body often vibrates during operation
Fault cause: uneven or excessive feeding;
There is serious impact and the support sleeve jumps;
The ore is too much and wet in the feed of the crusher, while the discharge port of the crusher is small, and the mine is often blocked at the discharge port;
Solution: pay attention to uniform feeding;
Regularly check the internal conditions of the equipment;
Adjust the clearance of the discharge port or control the water content of the ore;
2. The drive shaft rotates unevenly, the sound is abnormal, the pulley rotates but the moving cone does not move
Cause of failure: installation defect of bevel gear teeth, wear or damage due to excessive axial clearance of transmission shaft during operation;
The pulley or gear key is damaged;
The shaft is broken due to unbreakable objects;
Solution: stop the machine to change the gear and correct the meshing clearance;
Replace the main shaft and strengthen the iron removal system;
3. The oil pump works but the oil pressure is low
Fault cause: oil suction pipe is blocked;
Oil pump gear is worn;
The pressure gauge is inaccurate;
Solution: clean the oil pipe, replace the oil pump or pressure gauge;
4. Increase of bulk crushing finished products
Fault cause: movable cone worn;
Solution: adjust the ore discharge outlet; Replace the bracket;
5. Cooler does not work or does not work well
Cause of failure: no cooling water or insufficient water supply;
The cooling system is blocked;
Solution: open the water valve to supply water normally;
Check the water pressure gauge and clean the cooler
